To support this commitment, we proudly offer free worldwide shipping on all orders. Every shipment is carefully processed to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and timely delivery, allowing customers to shop with confidence.
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once processed, orders are shipped using reliable, trackable shipping methods selected based on the destination. By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and agrees that all delivery timeframes provided are estimates only. Any returns, refunds, or chargeback attempts initiated due to shipping times, transit delays, or carrier-related delays will be considered invalid and will be disputed accordingly.

General Shipping Information
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside of our control, including but not limited to customs inspections, local courier operations, regional logistics, weather conditions, and high-volume periods. Remote islands, rural locations, and hard-to-reach addresses may experience extended delivery times. Delays during peak purchasing periods such as holidays, Black Friday, or promotional events do not constitute grounds for refunds, returns, or chargebacks. Once an order has been shipped and tracking information has been provided, responsibility for delivery timelines transfers to the carrier.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
If an order arrives damaged or is confirmed lost in transit, the customer must notify us within a reasonable timeframe after delivery or tracking confirmation. Once verified, we will issue either a replacement or a full refund at our discretion. Chargebacks filed without first contacting our support team will be contested using tracking confirmation, carrier documentation, and this policy.
