Return & Refund Policy

At ZentrumFlow, we are committed to providing high-quality products and a reliable customer experience. By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Return Eligibility Period

ZentrumFlow offers a 30-day return eligibility period, which begins only after the order has been successfully delivered as confirmed by the shipping carrier. Requests submitted before delivery or after the 30-day period has elapsed will be declined.

Conditions for Refund or Replacement Approval

Refunds or replacement shipments may be approved only if verifiable proof of damage or manufacturing defect is provided, the item is unused and unworn, all original tags are intact, and all accessories, manuals, and original packaging are included. ZentrumFlow reserves the right to decline any request that does not meet these conditions.

Proof of Purchase Requirement

All return, refund, or replacement requests must be accompanied by valid proof of purchase or payment confirmation. Customers must submit this information to zentrumflow@gmail.com. Requests submitted without proof of payment will not be processed.

Return Authorization Requirement

All returns require prior written authorization from ZentrumFlow. Customers must contact zentrumflow@gmail.com, before initiating any return or refund request. Any return or refund attempt made without prior approval will be declined. Once approved, customers will receive return instructions and a designated return shipping address.

Shipping & Transit Exclusions

Refunds, returns, or replacements cannot be requested while an order is in transit. The 30-day return eligibility period begins only after delivery has been confirmed. Delays caused by customs clearance, carrier backlogs, or local delivery issues do not constitute grounds for a refund.

Exchanges

ZentrumFlow does not offer direct exchanges. If a different item is desired, the original item must be returned (subject to approval), and a separate purchase must be completed.

Refund Processing Timeline

If a refund is approved, funds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that banks and payment providers have their own processing times, and additional delays may occur before funds are fully returned to the original payment method.

Chargebacks & Dispute Resolution

Customers are required to contact zentrumflow@gmail.com and allow ZentrumFlow the opportunity to resolve any concerns prior to initiating a chargeback or payment dispute. Chargebacks or disputes submitted without prior contact or in violation of this policy may be denied, as all transactions are documented with order confirmations, delivery verification, and customer communication records.
