This product has changed my life! I bought my board January of this year and have lost around 30lbs. With this board and the diet I am currently on, I am hoping to reach my goal weight by the end of November!
Got one for my partner and I. Works really well and since the boards are easy to carry, I can workout at her place or vice versa. Would recommend to anyone wanting to do pilates.
Wish I had this during covid. I can now do a pilates workout without having to pay for a studio. I can literally follow along with a youtube vid in my living room. My only complaint was the delivery took a bit longer than expected, but the quality makes up for it.
I really like that the boards came with handles both for the board and the resistance bands. I can use the handles for different push up positions and I can get creative with the movements. I only wish that the handle had more slots for more angles.
I bring my boards to my office and do my exercises at work during my breaks. My co-workers think I'm crazy but 🤷🏼♀️. I really like this board because of the portability.
